Advisory Group

We are proud to work with a network with outstanding experience in advocacy, strategy and institutional engagement on sex-based rights. Their expertise strengthens our work and connects it to broader movements across Europe and beyond.

Maya Forstater

Maya Forstater is the co-founder and CEO of Sex Matters, a UK-based human rights charity which campaigns for clarity on sex in law, policy and language. She first came into the gender debate as the claimant in a landmark employment tribunal case on belief discrimination, after losing her position at the Center for Global Development for her views on sex and gender. Her case established that ordinary beliefs about the two sexes are protected under the Equality Act 2010. She previously worked for two decades as a researcher, writer and advisor on international policy, collaborating with think tanks, NGOs, businesses, and the United Nations.

Stella O’Malley

Stella O’Malley is a Dublin-based psychotherapist, author, and public speaker with extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and parents. She holds degrees in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, along with specialist training in gender identity counselling, and is completing a PhD on gender dysphoria in children and adolescents. She is the founder and Executive Director of Genspect, the founder of Beyond Trans, and a clinical advisor to the Clinical Advisory Network on Sex and Gender. She is the author of several bestselling books on parenting and mental health, most recently When Kids Say They’re Trans (2024), co-authored with Sasha Ayad and Lisa Marchiano.

Anna Zobnina

Anna Zobnina is a feminist policy expert with over 15 years of experience in European and international advocacy on women’s rights, migration, and violence against women. She specialises in male violence, sexual exploitation, and the rights of migrant and refugee women. Her work spans research, policy development, and movement strategy, with a focus on centring sex-based rights in law and practice. She is currently the Strategy and Policy Director of the European Network of Migrant Women and contributes expertise to civil society and policy processes across Europe.

Frederick Schminke

Frederick Schminke is an English teacher based in Paris and an advocate for LGB rights. Originally from Eugene, Oregon, he studied history at the University of Oregon and earned a master’s degree in education from the Sorbonne University in 2020. He became involved in LGB advocacy out of concern for the impact of gender identity ideology on young people, particularly the medicalisation of minors. In 2024 he co-founded Alliance LGB France, and in 2025 he was elected Chair of LGB International, a global network defending the rights of lesbians, gay men and bisexuals.
